As a chapter of Girls Who Code, our goal was to design a website that harbored mental health references, tips, and guides for other teens/ young adults struggling with their well-being.

This website is a resource to seek advice on how to improve sleep, exercise, life balance, and so much more.

Our message to others is to not be afraid of seeking help as others struggle with their mental health on a daily basis. These students wrote their own articles on subjects they closely relate to and utilize to improve their health.

Please do not use this site as a replacement for medical advice/help. If you or a loved one is facing a life-threatening condition, please call 911 or your local emergency number.

Girls Who Code President
Sara Faruqui
I created a local chapter of Girls Who Code on my high school campus, College Academy. During the 2021-2022 school year, I wanted to inspire members to make a difference in their community and make an impact on a topic that they connected with.

I decided to help GWC create a website that showcased their work. Through weekly sessions, we completed our research for others to access and receive the help they need.
